April is Autism Awareness Month

1 in every 100 children in the UK have Autism Spectrum Disorder (Brugha, T. et al, 2012).

At Merrywick Hall we aim to continually develop our service to suit the needs of adults with Autism. People with autism deserve to have a society that understands and listens to them, and quality services that meet their needs. We will always listen to the wishes and needs of the people that access our service and create person-centred care to suit each individual.

Throughout April, information regarding Autism is to be distributed around the home to raise awareness and the colourful jigsaw ribbon is to be proudly displayed in various areas.
